Account Deletion Request

Lo Viet users can request account deletion by sending an email to loviet2026@gmail.com.

To request deletion, please include the phone number or account information used in the Lo Viet app.

After verification, Lo Viet will delete account information, trip request history, and saved contact information.

Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or backup processing.
